Long Reach & Spider Excavators

Our fleet of specialist long reach excavators, one of the largest in the UK, is designed for the optimum performance with a range of configurations to ensure reach and digging power.

Our long excavators range from 4 tonnes with a reach of 8 metres all the way up to 115 tonnes with a maximum reach of in excess of 32m. This is currently the largest long reach excavator in the UK. We are able to provide long reach excavators that can reach locations where conventional machines cannot access - please browse the models in our fleet on the right tab for more detailed information on each model or download our fleet summary spec sheet below.

Supplementing our fleet with the largest 'Spider' machines in the UK allows us to support clients on projects where even tracked long reach might not reach, navigating challenging terrian from extreme slopes to watercourses.  These powerful specialist excavators can handle a full range of attachments making them extremely versatile; and work brilliantly in tandem with our long reach to achieve even greater reach where required.

As specialists, we are not just here to hire out a machine, but to use our expertise to assist you in your selection of the best plant to provide the best solution. Please do call our team on 01746 769555 who will be happy to discuss your specific needs and requirements and can answer any questions you may have.

Generally, we recommend hire with our own highly experienced operators but in some cases self-drive options may be possible.
