Emergency works along a section of rail line in East Sussex near Wadhurst and Whatlington are on going to re-open the line closed by a landslip.  Working around the clock, VolkerFitzpatrick has been carrying our the major earthworks at several locations.  Using various long reach excavators supplied by WM Plant Hire, piling and embankment construction works are on track for a successful re-opening of the railway.
